The first experience at Kings Inn had been a surprisingly pleasant experience. We didn't expect it. It was our first trip to Lonavala. We hail from Tamilnadu & my husband was posted in Pune then. We had walked from the station not knowing the place. Both of us had seen the place, liked it from the outside and walked in. We were lucky to get a room which we later realized. The staff was courteous, rooms were nice and airy and the vegetarian food we preferred was excellent. We stayed for a week at Lonavala and coming back after our outings into Kings Inn every evening started to feel like coming home. Very comforting and over the last three years we have gone back twice, the hotel has only improved. We wish them well and hope they keep getting better.

We returned to Lonavala after forty years. The first time we had come here on our honeymoon. Today coming back as a retired couple we wanted to relive our old memories. We had stayed near the station and we don't remember the place we stayed earlier as it is not there anymore but we booked ourselves at Kings Inn. For retired holiday makers, the staff behaved with us as fondly as if we were family and our holiday was made grand because of this. The care taken to remove seeds from oranges and sugarfree for my husband who is diabetic impressed us and made our stay memorable. Lonavala is a special place for us and Kings inn kept our old memories as pleasant.

What is first noticeable about Kings Inn is its very convenient location. When one is traveling with children nearness to a market is important as any demands can come up. Second my wife and I are particular about large rooms because our children are high energy kids and extremely restless. This feature above all got us here. Staff is nice and well trained. Our travel arrangements and sightseeing needs were arranged for very well. We do hope they get some areas where young children can be kept occupied. The games in the game room were largely for grownups.

Room Tariffs were attractive and when we travel we travel as groups of two or more families. The Four Bedded rooms at Kings Inn are their winning feature. Also all my friends eat non vegetarian but we are Jain. Proper care was taken to ensure that our food was separately served. Conference facilities are adequate. Parking safety is good. Rooms pleasant. Excellent food. If only their facilities had more to offer than Table Tennis, Darts and Carrom more of us could join in is my only feedback to Kings Inn. The reason why I point it out is because it rained heavily and we could not move out much.

Small cozy place. Convenient location. They made the best sightseeing arrangements that we could imagine and exceeded our expectations here. Were short staffed when we were there but not much delays happened at room service. Ok place for a short holiday.
